What if I can't find a suitable service package?

If you can't find a suitable option for you in the service packages or you would like the content to be modified in some way, leave us a request for a quote . Describe your celebration and your wishes regarding the content of the offer and we will contact you with our proposal.

Are the products difficult to install and use independently?

If you decide to rent the equipment without installation, you are responsible for installing and dismantling it yourself. However, we will provide you with clear instructions that should help you install it without any problems. We also offer a telephone emergency service, so you can contact us if you have any problems.

I have wishes regarding the service package. How can I make my wishes heard?

For service packages, especially the DJ package, we always offer the opportunity for a planning meeting. During this time, we will discuss your wishes and concerns and create a service package that is right for you.

When is the order due for payment?

Orders placed through the online store are paid immediately upon ordering. Orders placed through a request for quotation will be invoiced and paid before the rental period begins, according to the invoice.

How can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Please contact the Event Point as soon as possible. Our purchase and rental terms and conditions specify the last cancellation periods that we adhere to in our operations. Before these, you can cancel and modify your order.
