Payment terms

1. General

These payment terms apply to purchases and rentals made through Event point Oy (Tapaktumapiste). The payment terms are valid until replaced by new terms.

2. Payment methods

  1. Purchases made through the website: We accept most common payment methods, such as credit cards, online banking and PayPal . Payment is made at the time of order.
  2. Orders placed through a request for quotation: Payments are made by invoice, which the customer receives after accepting the quotation and signing the rental agreement.

3. Payment terms for purchases made through websites

  1. Immediate charge: The customer is charged immediately upon ordering.
  2. Payment information: Payment information is processed safely and securely. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Payment terms for orders placed through a request for quotation

  1. Offer: The customer sends a request for a quote via the website or directly by email. The offer is created according to the customer's wishes and sent to the customer for approval.
  2. Acceptance: The customer accepts the offer in writing (e.g. by email).
  3. Order confirmation: After accepting the offer, we will send an order confirmation and rental agreement to the customer.
  4. Invoicing: The customer will receive an invoice, which must be paid 7 days before the start of the rental period. The invoice will state the payment date and payment information.
  5. Late payment interest: If payment is late, we will charge a late payment interest of 8%. per month and possible collection costs.

5. Lease agreement

  1. Signature: The rental agreement is signed before the start of the rental period. By signing the agreement, the customer is deemed to have accepted all rental terms.
  2. Payment terms: Amounts due upon signing the rental agreement must be paid before the products are delivered or the service begins.

6. Cancellations and refunds

  1. Cancellations: The customer must notify the customer of any cancellations in writing. Cancellation terms and any cancellation fees are specified in the purchase and rental terms and conditions.
  2. Refunds: In the event of an approved cancellation, payments will be refunded to the customer in accordance with the cancellation terms.

7. Other terms and conditions

  1. Changes to Terms: The company reserves the right to change these payment terms. The current terms are always visible in our online store.
  2. Disputes: Any disputes related to payment terms will be resolved primarily through negotiations. If necessary, disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
